Natural cork yoga mat with custom laser engraving — MOQ 1 single piece order by Zenora

We get asked the same questions every day: "Can I really just order one custom yoga mat?" The answer is yes — but there's a lot more to it. Here's the complete FAQ for single-piece custom orders.

What Does "MOQ 1" Actually Mean?

MOQ = Minimum Order Quantity. In yoga manufacturing, the standard MOQ is 50–100 pieces. MOQ 1 means you can order exactly one custom mat — no bulk commitment, no minimum spend.

Screen printing requires creating physical screens ($200-500 setup). Laser engraving needs no screens, no plates, no molds — just your design and a laser. The cost to engrave one mat is the same per-unit as engraving 100.

How Does the Custom Order Process Work?

You submit design → We create mockup (24-48h) → You approve → We engrave & ship (7-10 days)

Step 1: Share your design — vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) preferred, PNG/JPG at 300 DPI accepted.

Step 2: Pay $10 deposit — fully credited toward your final mat.

Step 3: Review your mockup within 48 hours — two free revision rounds.

Step 4: Production & shipping — roughly 2 weeks from payment to delivery.

What Can You Engrave?

Studio logos, brand names, personal mantras, alignment lines, subtle patterns (mandalas, geometric, moon phases), custom icons.

Limitations: Single color (dark brown/black on cork). Heavy coverage reduces natural grip slightly. Keep center zone clear for practice.

How Much Does One Custom Mat Cost?

Mat Type	1 Piece Price
Pro Cork Mat (4mm)	$125
Sanctuary Travel Mat (1.5mm)	$99
Sanctuary Mat (5mm)	$145
Mini Knee Mat (4.5mm)	$59

All prices include custom laser engraving. Shipping additional.

How Long Does It Last?

Permanent. Laser engraving removes a microscopic layer of cork (0.05mm) to create the mark. Won't peel, crack, or fade. Visible for the full 3-5 year lifespan.
