At Zenora, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Our Commitment We stand behind the quality of our products. If something goes wrong, we're here to make it right — quickly and hassle-free.

Eligibility for Refund or Replacement You may request a refund or free replacement within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • The item does not match the product description
  • You received the wrong item

To initiate a claim, please email support@zenora-yoga.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. A clear description of the issue
  3. Photos or video clearly showing the defect or damage

Once we verify your claim, we will offer either a full refund or a free replacement at your preference. You do not need to return the item.

Please note: To be eligible, the following conditions must all be met:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed, and remains in its original condition
  • All original tags are intact and original packaging is undamaged
  • Clear photographic or video evidence of the issue is provided

Non-Eligible Items — No Exceptions The following are not covered under this policy:

  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards
  • Perishable goods, custom or personalized products, and personal care items
  • Items showing signs of use, wear, washing, or customer-caused damage
  • Requests submitted after the 14-day window

EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification.

Refunds Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@zenora-yoga.com and we will investigate promptly.
